West African Diamonds, a diamond mining and exploration company chaired by John Teeling, has begun trading on London's AIM market.
The company has acquired assets in Sierra Leone and Guinea from African Diamonds, and recently acquired additional licences in Guinea.
West African Diamonds will raise a total of £2.7m by issuing 33.6 million shares.
