Self storage business, U Store It, has bought Dublin Self Storage for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase means U Store It now has a storage capacity of 400,000 square feet in Ireland.
The company currently has a presence in Waterford, Cork and in Dublin. It's planning a €30m expansion to include a new building on the M1 in Belfast, a unit on Kylemore Rd in Dublin, a new centre in Little Island Cork, and a big expansion to the company's existing centre in Waterford.
U Store It provides space for commercial and household use, and it says its customers range from big multinational companies to people moving back to Ireland, or in the process of moving house.
