Dublin-listed Siteserv has bought formwork and scaffolding provider Easy Access, which operates from sites at Clondalkin in Dublin, Tuam in Galway and Glanmire in Cork.
Siteserv will pay an initial €20m, €17m in cash, the rest in shares. A further €3m will be paid over the next two years, while another €3 will depend on profits growth.
In the year to the end of February, Easy Access had turnover of €16.5m and earnings before interest and tax of €4.3m.
Patrick Jordan, the managing director of Easy Access, and his management team will remain with the business. Mr Jordan has also been appointed a director of Siteserv.
