Property group Blackrock International has bought a portfolio of six office buildings in the Netherlands for a total of €46.5m.
The buildings comprise a total of more than 24,000 square metres and generate annual rent of just under €2.7m.
The company, which was spun off from Fyffes, has invested €142m in property since it came to the stock market in May.
