Limerick-based aircraft leasing company Genesis has raised more than $640m in its flotation on the New York Stock Exchange. The company offered 27.8 million shares at a price of $23 a share. The shares begin trading today.
Genesis is using the money raised to buy 41 commercial jet planes from subsidiaries of General Electric.
