Dublin-based Merrion Pharmaceuticals has raised €8m in its latest funding round.
The main investors included Dr Tony Ryan and Merrion chairman Declan Ryan. Investors in this round also participated in a €6m fund-raising round in April.
Merrion specialises in developing improved oral dosage methods for drugs that are difficult to absorb.
