Cork based media group Thomas Crosbie Holdings has reported operating profit before interest and taxation of €11.3m for 2005, an increase of 11% on the previous year. Turnover rose to €93.5m, up from €84.2m in 2004
Directors' remuneration jumped to €2.66m, compared to €892,000 in 2004, and shareholders dividends were €7m from €5.1m in 2004.
Group MD, Anthony Dinan said the group will continue to expand.
'We are committed to expansion through organic growth and acquisition and our strong financial position ensures that we will compete for any suitable media assets coming onto the market', he said.
He said that the outlook for 2006 is positive also.
