AIB is offering a €2,000 cash bonus in a bid to encourage first-time home buyers to take out a mortgage with the bank.
The money will be given to first-time buyers who apply for an AIB mortgage and receive a letter of offer between October 9 and the end of the year. The mortgage must be drawn down before December 31.
