New call centre contracts in Belfast are expected to create 300 extra jobs this autumn.
Belfast company Gem has attracted four client businesses, including Channel Four and online entertainment company Play.com, to anchor the enterprise at two locations in the city. Recruitment is beginning now and all posts should be filled by November.
The jobs boost follows the establishment of call centres near Bangor and Enniskillen.
