Shares in print group Oakhill have today been transferred from the official lists of the Dublin and London stock exchanges to the IEX and AIM markets.
The company's shareholders approved the move at Oakhill's AGM in August.
Oakhill said in a statement this morning that Davys remains broker to the company.
