Horizon Technology has completed the acquisition of software group WBT Systems for €1.15m cash plus deferred consideration.
Horizon said that the move will enhance EPS earnings from this year and added that WBT Systems has over 1 million licensed users of its products.
Paul Dooley, CEO of WBT, will remain with the company.
Horizon's CEO, Gary Coburn, said the acquisition is consistent with the firm's strategy to focus on the enterprise solutions market.
