Treasury nets €112m from UK sales

Property company Treasury Holdings has sold three of its UK properties for around €112m.

The properties - Stuart House in Peterborough, South Bar House in Banbury and Tolworth Tower in Kingston - were sold to separate buyers.

They were part of a portfolio of 11 properties bought by Treasury in a joint venture with GE Capital in 1997. All of these have now been sold, with the exception of a Travelodge Hotel it is currently developing in Peterborough.
