The Imagine Communications Group (ICG) plans to create 300 jobs at a customer contact centre in Armagh.
Imagine Telecommunications NI will provide sales and technical support services to all Imagine and Gaelic Telecom customers across Ireland.
Invest Northern Ireland has offered £2.44m of support towards the creation of the jobs.
