Aer Arann adds new Dublin-Shannon service

Aer Arann today announced a new service from Dublin to Shannon, starting on Monday July 3, 2006.

The new service will operate from Monday to Friday, departing Dublin at 4pm and Shannon at 5.25pm. It will be operated by a 50 seater ATR42 aircraft.

The airline also said today that it would increase frequency on its Dublin to Cardiff route, adding an additional midday roundtrip Monday to Friday. It already operates a morning and evening service on this route.

The new Dublin-Shannon route is the airline's 12th new route for this summer.
