The Commission for Aviation Regulation says Tony Roche Travel, based in Walkinstown in Dublin, has ceased trading.
The regulator has called down the bond held in connection with the company's licence. It is advising customers who held bookings with the company to first contact the relevant airline, ferry company, accommodation or other service provider to finalise travel arrangements.
Customers whose money has not been passed on to these suppliers can claim refunds, using a form on the regulator's website www.aviationreg.ie.
