Burdale Financial Limited, a member of Bank of Ireland Group, has announced plans to establish a presence in the United States.
Burdale Financial is involved in comprehensive asset based lending in the UK. Its US business will be conducted through Bank of Ireland's US office in Greenwich, under the name Burdale Capital Finance.
The new operation will offer senior secured asset based loans in the $10-$60m range with the capability to structure loans of up to $200m. Burdale recently provided a financing deal for MFI in the UK.
