Outsourcing specialists Newcourt Group has bought BSFM Facilities Management for €4.75m.
Newcourt bought the company from the Bruce Shaw Group for €4.5m in cash, and €0.25m in new ordinary shares.
BSFM specialises in out sourcing and managing a range of support service providers from. cleaning, catering and security to reception, and the management team plan to stay with the company.
BSFM is Newcourt's fourth acquisition in 2006. Last year BSFM had turnover of €13.7m and profit before tax of €290,305.
