CRH commenced trading its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) on the New York Stock Exchange today.
To mark the event, Chief Executive Liam O'Mahony will ring the opening bell on Tuesday April 4th.
CRH is Ireland's biggest company and employs more than 66,400 people at over 2,600 locations worldwide.
