Private property investment company LNC has completed the purchase of the Space Park complex in Bremen in Germany. The complex is one of the largest retail, commercial and leisure complexes in Europe.
LNC, whose Chairman is Bill McCabe, plans to transform and re-launch the 26-hectare river-front property. The development encompasses a retail mall, a 10-screen cinema complex with IMAX theatre, a 162-bed hotel and indoor leisure complex. The site also has potential for further extensive development.
LNC Property Group owns and manages a diversified property portfolio valued at over €500m with investments in Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe and South Africa.
