ISEQ listed property firm Irish Estates has appointed Ross Ivers its new chief executive from the beginning of May. He replaces Niall McFadden.
Ross Ivers is former finance director and deputy chief executive of bookmakers Paddy Power.
Niall McFadden has been executive chairman since the acquisition and merger of Irish Estates Management and Vector and their incorporation as Irish Estates December 2004.
Irish Estates has been listed on London's AIM and Dublin's IEX since September 2005.
