Budget airline Ryanair carried just over 2.5 million passengers in January, up 24% on the same month last year.
Its load factor - a measure of how full its planes are - was 74%, unchanged from a year earlier. The airline has been expanding its route network over the past year.
The company will announce its third quarter results on Monday.
