Bank of Ireland Mortgages and ICS Building Society have today announced a series of rate increases across their home loan and investment fixed rate mortgage products.
The two lenders said the rate increases are in response to the increased cost of funds on the financial markets.
Both said the increases would take effect from close of business today, November 25.
