The property consortium backed by the Doyle family has gained control of a majority shareholding of Jurys Doyle Hotel Group.
RTE News has learned that the consortium has reached agreement wth property developer Liam Carroll to buy his shares.
It will immediately give the consortium in excess of 52% of the company.
