Drinks and snacks firm C&C Group is planning to increase its cider production capacity at its Clonmel manufacturing facility next year.
The company says the expansion is one year ahead of the time frame originally envisaged and reflects the continued growth of C&C's cider division.
C&C said sales of its cider brands - Bulmers in Ireland and Magners in the UK - rose by almost 10% for the year ending February 2005.
Shares in C&C jumped 16 cent to close at €5.11 in Dublin.
