Property management company Irish Estates has applied for a listing on Dublin's IEX market.
The IEX was set up by the Irish Stock Exchange in an attempt to lure smaller companies on to the stock market.
Trading in the shares is expected to start at the end of this month.
Irish Estates was formed by Niall McFadden, when he bought Irish Estates, which manages properties on behalf of landlords, from Irish Life and merged it with Vector, which manages properties on behalf of occupiers.
