The chairman of printing group Oakhill has told shareholders that sales have continued to be weak in the first few months of this year.
Dan O'Donohoe said sales in the first five months were €12.5m, down 11% on the same period last year, while operating profits were nearly 70% lower.
He said that while the short-term outlook remained weak, Oakhill had begun a programme of marketing and productivity initiatives which would strengthen its ability to counter these trends.
