Nearly 30 Irish companies are participating in a major trade mission to the US and Canada headed by President McAleese.
The President left this morning, accompanied by Trade Minister Michael Ahern and Enterprise Ireland CEO Frank Ryan. The delegation will visit Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, British Columbia from May 23- 28.
Top executives from Irish companies within the aerospace, enterprise technology and telecommunications industries will meet US and Canadian businesses to discuss partnerships, procurement and development opportunities.
