Global hotel chain Rezidor SAS Hospitality is to launch the second of its brands to the Irish market. Park Inn, the group's new hotel brand, is to open its first two hotels here next month in Co Louth and Co Mayo.
Rezidor SAS Hospitality currently operates nine Radisson SAS hotels here.
The new Park Inn Dundalk is set to open its doors in March. The hotel is located just outside the town centre and contains 84 bedrooms. The new hotel will also offer conference rooms, restaurant, pub, nightclub and fitness centre.
Park Inn Mulranny, in Co Mayo, will also open next month and offers 80 guest rooms, restaurant, lounge and leisure facilities. The hotel was once the Mulranny Great Southern, built in 1897.
The hotel chain currently have plans for two more Park Inn Hotels, both of which are due to open in March 2006. Park Inn Ballinsloe will offer 80 bedrooms, while Park Inn Newry will have 75 bedrooms.
