A number of senior managers, understood to be four, have left Waterford Crystal.
A spokesperson for the company said Waterford Wedgwood needed to cut costs at all levels.
'A number of senior managers have decided to leave the company. Their responsibilities will be absorbed within the various divisions,' the spokesperson said.
30 job losses have also been announced by Waterford Wedgwood in the US, where it employs 500 people.
