British clothing and food retailer Marks & Spencer said today that it was selling its flagship London headquarters for £115m sterling.
The company said in a statement that it had exchanged contracts with London & Regional Properties to sell its long leasehold property at Michael House in Baker Street.
'The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. It is expected that the sale will be completed within the next three months,' the company added.
