The PREM Group has announced plans to open eight hotels in Ireland over the next five years as part of a €350m investment in Ireland and Britain.
It said it planned to open new hotels on greenfield sites at Dublin Airport and in Castlebar and Tullamore during the first phase. In addition, it is taking over and expanding the existing Galway Ryan hotel in Galway.
The company said it also planned to open hotels in Tipperary, Waterford, Kerry and on Ormond Quay in Dublin city centre.
PREM will operate the hotels under the Days brand under a licence from Cendant International, which has 35 Days hotels in Ireland and the UK.
