Kevin Anderson, a partner in film distributor Ward Anderson, has bought another 409,000 shares in electronic tools maker Oglesby & Butler, bringing his stake from just under 18% to more than 21%.
Last month two directors of the company were given more time to finalise their proposal for a management buy-out.
