Adrian Cummins has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Irish Hotel and Catering Institute. Adrian, from Galway, has 12 years' experience in the Tourism and Marketing sectors.
The Irish Hotel and Catering Institute was founded in 1966 as the professional body for managers in the hotel, tourism and catering industries in Ireland.
Mr Cummins was the youngest elected Director for Ireland West Tourism and a founder member of Galway East Tourism.
