Kerry-based payments company Fexco is to acquire Money Transfer Nordic (MTN) from financial services company Global Refund. Financial details were not disclosed.
MTN operates the Western Union agency in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. According to Fexco, it has recorded double-digit growth for 11 years in a row.
Fexco already operates the Western Union service in Ireland, the UK, Spain, Malta and Gibraltar.
