Food group IAWS has appointed Hugo Kane as an executive director.
Mr Kane is currently chief executive of the IAWS's food division in Ireland and the UK. He previously worked with Cuisine de France before its acquisition by IAWS in 1998, and was appointed managing director of the company in 2001.
