Commercial property group CB Richard Ellis Gunne says the office market in Dublin is continuing to show signs of improvement.
In its bi-monthly research report, the company says the LUAS line is already providing a boost to the office market in the south suburbs, while there has also been an increase in activity from financial services companies.
The company says the retail and industrial sectors have also been performing well over the past two months, though demand for larger industrial sites is more subdued.
