DCC's food and drinks division has completed the acquisition of Allied Foods following clearance from the Competition Authority.
DCC announced earlier this month that it would take full ownership of the chilled and frozen food distributor buying the 48.5% stake it did not already own for €14.5m.
Allied Foods is making profits of around €3.5m a year and employs 237 people.
