McInerney Homes, the Irish housebuilding subsidiary of McInerney Holdings, has bought a 32 acre residentially zoned site off the Dunmore Road in Waterford. The new site was purchased for €19.1m.
'This strategically successful site purchase can be serviced by our existing developments in Waterford, Farmleigh and Garranmore,' commented Richard Holohan, McInerney Homes' Regional Director for the South East Region.
'Our research and analysis of the Waterford housing environment indicate that conditions are appropriate for us to start a new phase of development in the area,' he added.
McInerney's current housing activities in Ireland include Sligo, Galway, Limerick, Clare, Cork, Waterford, Tipperary, Kilkenny and Dublin.
