Aer Arann to start Liverpool route

A new air service between Knock International Airport and Liverpool will begin on June 21. Aer Arann will operate the service Monday to Friday using a 48-seater aircraft.

Knock chief executive Liam Scollan said the historical links between Liverpool and the west of Ireland would be strengthened by the introduction of the route.

The new route is one of seven new services  introduced by Aer Arann for summer 2004. The airline also operates a daily service from Knock to Dublin.
