CPL Resources has bought 100% share capital of nurse placement firm Medical Personnel Ltd as part of its strategy to further develop its healthcare brand.
CPL chief executive Anne Heraty said: 'This acquisition is an ideal fit with our overall strategy for growth and diversification. It dovetails with our existing business in the healthcare sector and complements our current suite of specialist recruitment companies.'
Medical Recruitment Specialists will operate through offices in Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway, employing over 1,000 nurses and healthcare professionals.
