Dermot Desmond's investment vehicle IIU has bought another 2.1 million shares in plastics and radiator group Barlo, bringing its holding to just over 19%.
The shares were bought at a price of 42 cent on Friday. This is two cent above the 40 cent a share MBO offer tabled by a team headed by chief executive Tony Mullins.
Barlo is due to hold an EGM on the buyout offer on March 24.
