Kerry-based financial services group Fexco has taken a majority stake in The Gift Voucher Shop.
The Gift Voucher Shop, an Irish-owned company, was set up in 2002 and sells gift vouchers for more than 550 businesses.
It has a distribution partnership with An Post to sell vouchers through 1,000 post offices in addition to its online shop, www.giftvouchershop.ie.
