Loughrey to replace Holden at Bank of Ireland

Bank of Ireland has announced the appointment of Dan Loughrey as head of group corporate communications, replacing David Holden.

Dan Loughrey is 49 and is currently corporate affairs director and a member of the board of Aer Lingus with responsibility for the airline's internal and external communications in Ireland and abroad.

Previously Loughrey was a senior press officer in the Revenue Commissioners, where he established the communications function. He will take up his new position early in the new year.
