British airline BMI Regional is to operate a daily service between Knock and Glasgow, starting on March 15 next year.
Fares will start at €35 one-way, including taxes and charges.
BMI Regional's Alex Grant said there was strong demand for air services between the north west of Ireland and Scotland.
