Aer Arann has announced the introduction of a new reservations, online booking and check-in system, costing €8m over five years.
The airline says the Open Skies by Navitaire system will let Aer Arann offer enhanced services such as ticketless travel, each way pricing and online booking for corporate and travel agency customers.
Jennifer Mooney, commercial manager at Aer Arann said: 'This represents a significant investment for Aer Arann. The Open Skies system will provide real benefits for our customers in a variety of ways, but particularly for those booking online.'
