Valentia Telecommunications and its subsidiary Eircom have listed securities worth more than €1 billion on the Irish Stock Exchange this morning.
Valentia is using the proceeds of the note issues and a new credit facility to pay off an existing debt, and to pay a dividend to its shareholders.
Deutsche Bank has also listed a €350m commercial mortgage-backed floating rate note on the Irish market.
