Aer Rianta unions will talk to Brennan

Unions at Aer Rianta have decided to accept an invitation to engage in talks with Transport Minister Seamus Brennan. The exploratory meeting is expected to take place on Friday.

Representatives of all unions at the airport authority met last night to consider their strategy for opposing the minister's plans to break up the company.

The unions also adopted SIPTU's ten-point plan as a basis for a co-ordinated campaign of opposition to the break-up of Aer Rianta.
