Britain's leading supermarket chain Tesco is making a recommended offer for Japanese C Two-Network, three years after it first indicated it was looking at expanding into Japan.
The deal, which values convenience retailer C Two-Network at £139m, will be earnings enhancing in its first full year, said Tesco.
