Dan McInerney Senior, co-founder of the building group McInerney's, has sold over one million shares in the company, taking his shareholding down from over 6% to just under 3%.
The company's shares were unchanged at €2.40 this evening, after the disclosure to the Stock Exchange.
McInerney, who is in his early 80s, founded the company with his brother. His son, Dan Junior, is on the company's board.
