The managing director of food group Kerry, Hugh Friel, received a pay package worth €1.1m last year, slightly more than his predecessor Denis Brosnan received in 2001.
Friel's basic salary was €575,000, with a performance related bonus of €445,000, and pension contributions of €81,000.
Deputy managing director Denis Cregan received a package worth €938,000, including a basic salary of €475,000 and a bonus of €368,000.
Denis Brosnan received €120,000 last year in his new role as Kerry's chairman.
